Great Customer Service- Telkom Marshalltown

Good Day,

I would like to comment on the great customer service I received from Nobi Ndevu, Branch Manager from the Telkom in Marashalltown .

Despite the TERRIBLE customer service I received from the Telkom branch in Alberton City from Zanele amnd Tshidi. I felt much better after being venting out and speaking to Nobi who delivered my phone right after my complaint on the 31st of December 2018.

I am extremely happy and impressed with both her and Thapelo Golaakt who have been nothing but patient and helpful over the past few days.

Despite the hiccups faced from previous store, I found it important to give credit where it's due!
