Great Customer Service provided by Staff member

I just want to compliment Telkom on a particular staff member, Ryan (Surname omitted in case of privacy concerns) at the Musgrave Centre Telkom shop in Durban. Ryan went out of his way to assist me over the past 2 days sorting out a number of niggling hardware issues that technical support staff hadn't been able to resolve. The unrelated issues were with my router and one of our telephones.<br> <br> Ryan was incredibly patient throughout the process, friendly, always upbeat and entertaining, generous, and clearly LOVES his job. Plus he really knows what he's doing, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He really managed to turn a frustrating week of troubleshooting into a pleasant and positive experience in the end! He's a great example for other staff members to follow, and I hope Telkom take note of this standout guy and reward him appropriately.
