Great customer service and a great experience!

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for great customer experience I had today with one of your call center agents.<br> <br> In the past I really felt discouraged to contact Telkom with my queries regarding my ADSL line, as I felt like my problems was just brushed aside and not attended too properly.<br> <br> Today I am singing a different tune!<br> <br> The call center agent I am referring too is Sebastian Pillay (excuse me if I misspelled his name).<br> <br> He made me feel I was important and attended to my every need. He even took the time to explain to me what the possible reasons are in depth and making it very easy for me to understand. <br> <br> The way he spoke made me feel confident that my issue will be resolved momentarily.<br> <br> He has a great sense of humor and again, great to talk too!<br> <br> All I can say, my opinion has changed for the better.<br> <br> Thank you Sebastian!<br> <br> Well done Telkom!<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Jandre van Zyl<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
