Great Customer Service-A concept completely foreign to Telkom!

OMG! I've spoken to five different people this morning alone and nobody can help. ''Call 081180" I`m told- a number nobody EVER answers! 10213? ALSO UNANSWERED! What horror service is this? If i was Telkom, I`d be super humble! Its miraculous how Telkom still has clients. Their poor network connectivity is also a huge issue. I made the error of signing up for a cellphone contract less than 24 hours ago and I`m already exhausted and fed up. I WANT OUT! (P.S- This isn't the first time I've dealt with Telkom but it`s most definitely the last!
