Great customer service

Yesterday I made a call to Telkom not to renew my contract because I had gotten a better deal elsewhere but the consultant took me through their deals and I took the deal however he misled me about multiple sim on unlimited data. He told me to visit the nearest and that I can link upto 10 sim cards. When I got to the branch I was told there's nothing like that and my aim was to re-link the extra sim like I was already doing from my previous contract.

A consultant at Vaal Mall branch was very patient, listened carefully, walked me through the deals again and showed me options with multiple sims. He was very professional and explained everything very well unlike the consultant who misled me over the phone.
