Phone support desk when my router a wireless connection problem. Refiloe Khalala was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Problem was easily and quickly sorted out. If Telkom had more employees of this high standard, they would get fewer bad reviews. Have recently been considering moving across to another provider. Thanks to Refiloe, you have retained a customer.
