great customer service

Thank you Eugene for the great customer services offered with my grannys landline who is based in Eshowe. I was quite irritated that the prepaid line I initially registered for was cancelled because of some issue but you explained everything to me clearly and issued a better and convenient offer and you were quite gracious and took your time to assist (which is unheard of in this day and age.) A big thumbs up to you and Telkom, I'm a happy customer and will continue using your services and recommend them to others as well. Our social media platforms should also highlight great customer services rendered besides complaints.
