My Telkom Contract number was cancelled by one of the consultants at Telkom (call center). I had issues with many Telkom stores with regarding to getting assisting in reinstating the number. Finally, I went to Telkom Melrose Arch were I met Tlou (consultants). Out of all the Telkom shops I have been to and not getting any assistance, this man took his time to ensure that my number gets reinstated. He asked me to come back after a day or two. When I did, to my surprise, he delivered on his promise. This is to let Telkom know that you need more consultants like Tlou.
