After being utterly disheartened and two months battling with escalations and no feedback Yvonne put me in contact with Zaied who ensured that the fault on the line and the ADSL connection were escalated to the correct department. He also kept in contact to follow up on the progress. Theuns resolved the fault on the line and went to a lot of trouble to ensure the connection of the ADSL was done. Stephen assisted in this regard. With the help of these friendly and dedicated people I now have a working line and ADSL connection. Keep up the good work.
