Good day,<br> <br> I logged a complaint last week regarding Telkom not getting back to me with the LTE Unlimited Broadband.<br> <br> Mr. Magadla then explained that the online application sales where done by external sales, which makes sense.<br> I commend his efficiency as he informed me that even though I app**** online and had heard no feedback yet, that he will quickly assist me seeing as I was already on the phone with him.<br> <br> He the proceeded to process my application without any hassle, ensuring I receive a seamless experience.<br> He explained the entire process and how it would all work, etc, he also proceeded to answered all of my questions and finalised our transaction.<br> <br> Keep up the good service.<br> <br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Morne Roux
