Grahamstown branch needs S****ed Technicians

been staying at this address since December 2018 with a perfect 8MB ADSL line running.At the start of April 2020 i have been getting packet loss issues and line drops with very low SNR margins on the downstream.Logged a call with telkom on the 4th of April 2020 and they said line has been tested without any faults found and still i was getting slow speed,packet loss and line drops.

I logged another on 11 April 2020 and was called by Mzi on the 14th of April 2020

He advised he is swapping out the Efliter and also downgrading my profile to 4MB due to my address not being able to run a 8 MB line.

I asked him why my line was running perfect since 2018 and now i'm being told i'm not suppose to get an 8MB line and he could not answer me this coming from a so called "Technician"

My conclusion is that the Grahamstown branch is to lazy to investigate the issue and that i can run an 8MB line without issues if they just to testing and resolve the issues.

after downgrading me to 4MB the snr margins are still below the expected amount and still getting packet loss and line drops
