Graet and efficient customer service

Spoke to a call center agent at Telkom by the name of Vuyokazi Lombo on the 12th of December and received the best service from her and Telkom since been a client with them. The matter was handled swiftly and I am at ease knowing there are people out there that care about customer service and for that she deserves a merit and positive review.
