Government Ineptitude...

A few days before the end of November 2023, I phoned Telkom and cancelled my contract. But due to typical inefficiency, they are still billing me today and they still haven't cancelled my contract. It turns out the old and expired contract is still active.

Why won't this company improve? Why are they such *****s?
