Government ICT innovation deployment

Would like to request a meeting with CEO of Telkom with a business partnership to deploy to government of an innovation i have which is in prototype stage . due to please call me issue with vodacom legal battle i rather meet highest hierarchic for proper and legit agreement if agree on partnership. the meeting can include their stake or business relations and chief of information Technology and their legal representative with myself and my legal representative.
