govenment telkom - what to expect.

yep, my copper land line is gone but the new sim card does not work. I phoned - and yes the sim is correct all good but a fault has been reported. No fax, no more 3 extensions. I am thinking of cancelling my land line d just use cell phones - I am sure it wont be more expensive?
