GOT LESS THAN ADVERTISED

<p>I signed for a laptop contract and should have received GB RAM, but go onlyGB RAM.&nbsp; Complaining to the Telkom Tyervalley Branch&nbsp;only frustrated me as they just told me that it is a miss print and the only thing they can do is to cancel my contract.&nbsp; Apart from one person the service of the rest working there is absolutely&nbsp;to no value.&nbsp; I tried to phone to lodge a complaint to get the&nbsp;full package as advertissed, but was given other number to phone&nbsp;where no one pick up the call.&nbsp; I need&nbsp;an immediate correction with no excuses as I want what has been adertised and what I signed for and paying for.&nbsp;</p>
