Got dispatched sms, but no one pitched up

We've been waiting a month for HELLKOM to move our line from linden to olivedale, received our sms at that time, that it would take place on 27 Oct etc. Waited the whole day today, and nothing.. after receiving two SMSes that a technician has been dispatched to install the line ? How can you send something like that if it's not true ? Called the call centre to confirm today, that didn't help at all now did it! I had to take the day of because of this, and internet is crucial for me to do my work. It's appalling to see how you treat us. ORD ***
