Goodbye Telkom, you are not worth the wait to be connected anymore.

So lets see...You dropped off a wifi phone at me over 2 weeks ago and point blank refuse to connect me. Well good luck with doing that with a few thousand clients, because they, like me, will realise that we dont need Telkom lines. I have my cellphone, I have the phone u dropped off which I will connect to VOIP, and I never have to write reviews for a company that is convinced that the entire SA is dependant on - yes you bright sparks at Telkom. No one needs you, sorry to tell you. Good luck with jobs etc, hope you are not retrenched (you not working anyway are you?). Just remember customers like me who really tried to get a service from you...and you just showed me the middle finger all the way through. I win. You lose.
