Goodbye Telkom !!! Stay away from telkom, they cant get anything right but they want your money!!!

After 8 months of begging and chasing after telkom's backside, to fix and resolve my adsl line and telephone line issues, I will be cancelling all my services, business and personal. Telkom continues to ***** my money for my services, and only provides half the speed, without compensation, The cable they were going to replace in january is still not replaced and is hanging along the next door neighbors electric fence. Despite logging about 20 calls since january, the technicians come in and say they will be fixing the issue and will be back to only have the call cleared. I have had it with telkom now, I will be porting my number to vox, and will continue to use the voip numbers as well as my cell numbers, than have to deal with telkoms Sh..T Service. On here they will reply and say it is being looked into, but NOTHING ever gets done. I will be advising all my clients to move off the telkom network onto fixed LTE services with cell c or Rain, why keep a company in business when they ***** your money and provide a **** service..
