Goodbye telkom

7 months ago, I changed my Telkom contract. I cancelled my ISDN and got ADSL. I run a business and didn't want to lose my number. They assured me that they would transfer my number back to me as soon as my ADSL line was up and running.But now 6 months down the road, after many many calls and emails to them, nothing has been done. My customers and suppliers are calling my number but not getting through as Telkom refuses to do their job and transfer back my number. I have been a Telkom customer since they started their company. This is really disappointing. they are jeopardizing my business!! I reported on hellopeter and they said they would follow up but they didnt.Nothing has been done. No calls. Useless pathetic telkom. If my number was going to change i would have happily moved to neotel. The reason I was loyal to telkom was to have my business number the same. I was also looking to get a Cell phone contract but with this kind of pathetic service I can't. Since Telkom doesn't want to give me back my original number I am cancelling amd moving to Neotel. Thank you for nothing and Good riddance.
