Hello Telkom, Its time we went our separate ways, I have now waited 3 weeks to have my business line repaired and I am tired of arguing with you to get your act together. Too long have you been the head of a monopoly that employs poor business management, customer service and lack of service delivery. You have hurt me in the past before and I will not allow you to do it again. Your business model is a joke. You lurch from new product to new product without getting to grips with how to maintain the technology and once it starts to suffer and collapse under the strain of your own ineptitude you move onto the next deal for the unsuspecting customers to lap up. I will never fall for your lies ever again. Your call centre is so compartmentalized your staff cannot even get a clear idea of how long it will take to repair a problem because they do not have direct contact with the tech companies you have outsourced because you are unable to handle your own systems who themselves are failing because they have to deal with the mound of garbage you leave in your wake as you stagger forward. I am moving to a cheaper, faster, friendlier and more competent competitor to never EVER return to you. And as an added bonus I am taking my clients with me and I will be sure to spread the word far and wide within the tech community there are far better solutions available to us now finaly.
