Good Service Telkom Eastgate

I had the pleasure of being served by two fantastic people in Telkom Eastgate. I went in on Friday and was served by Jeanette, she looked at my issue went through everything and realised that what I needed was not in stock. She said she would call me when the products were in stock. My eyes rolled as I thought I will never hear from Jeanette again, my mistake. She rang me and told me to come in and that she would I ensure I get my product. When I returned she Jeanette was serving someone else so I went to Lucky. he was just as nice, really friendly and extremely helpful. I think they really deserve 5 stars, front of house (I don't know his name) and the technical expert were first class. It is very difficult because of Covid restrictions people get irritated whilst waiting but they did well in my opinion. Thanks Telkom Eastgate.
