Good service received from Telkom faults departmen

I called the Call Centre on Friday afternoon to report a fault with my email address. The consultant was extremely helpful. She assisted me with deleting my email account on my computer and to re-set it up. I wasn't sure what I was doing, but she was so helpful and patient whilst I was trying to set it up. After setting up I still could not send/receive emails. She logged a fault with the relevant department for their attention. Within about 4 hours the problem was resolved. My thanks to Telkom for the prompt response to my reported fault. I cant fault the great service I received on Friday. Please pass on my compliment to the person who assisted me.
