Good service from Telkom technical support

<p>I called Telkom Technical Support on the Call Centre about an ADSL problem.</p> <p>The lady patiently led me through the procedure and fixed my problem.</p> <p>I was transferred to the survey section to report on the quality of the service. I was about to confirm that I am happy with the service when I pressed the disconnect key in stead of the #-key right next to it. So the technical support lady will not get the positive assessment that she deserved. I did not hear her name and there is no way to correct my mistake. </p> <p>A sincere thank you to her for good and efficient service.</p>
