GOOD SERVICE FROM TELKOM

Signed up for a 24 month unlimited broadband all hours contract in August 2019. Fron day one the speed was fluctuating a lot. Reported it on numerous occasions during 2020 just to get a "issue has been resolved" sms 2 weeks later but with no explenation or improvement of service. During lockdown I spoke to a lady at the helpdesk (can't remember her name). She promised to get a technician out to do some tests and can you believe it 2 weeks later 3 techs turned up and did a number of tests and proved that I am not getting the service I am paying for. Based on their report I could get out of the conteract after 12 months without penalties. FOR ONCE WELL DONE TELKOM
