Good service allround

<p>Became a Telkom user some 5 months ago in George. To date they have been very good, first with my initial installation and then recently with a free upgrade to optic fibre.</p> <p>Throughout staff have been friendly and efficient always responding to problems with speed and efficiency and then even following up to check all is OK.</p> <p>Only complaint I do have is call centre staff get confused with advice regarding internet, not all give same advice if you are cut off and have to redial again</p>
