Good service

<p>I entered into a contract with Telkom Mobile at Fourways Crossings a week ago, but for some reason, everything did not work. I could make calls and get onto the internet but no SMS's and could not receive calls. I contacted customer care and after the usual runaround, they told me I will have to wait another 24 hours. I decided to go to Telkom Forrest Hill to show somebody physically what the problem was. I was helped by Milton Mhlaka and was I surprised! He really tried everything he could to get the problem solved. It did take him a couple of days, but in the end, he got the problem resolved. I am impressed by his dedication and the way he treated me as his customer. I wish more companies had customer oriented staff like Milton. Well done!</p>
