Good service.

I upgraded on my router contract that I am having with Telkom. I had to make several calls to Telkom after they had promised me about three times that the router was on its way. The service was not good and I had given up on Telkom however I called on the 6th of March 2020 and spoke to Kwanele.She completely changed my whole attitude and perception about Telkom.She wanted to resolve my query, she had all the patience in world to do so. The feedback that she gave me was so satisfactory it showed that she had made a thorough investigation. Although she could not resolve my query completely because my order was with a sub contractor however due to the information she gave me, it helped me to log another query with Telkom and they had promised to send my router in 3- 5 days. I really appreciate the service that I got from Telkom and am looking forward to spend another 24 with them and to recommend Telkom to other people.
