We are sorry to hear this. Please be assured that the e-mail was not intentionally deleted. We have had a few gremlins and a load of emails were in fact deleted from our private email address @hellotelkom. the emails have been recovered on our end. We have escalated the query to our mobile team and tasked to attend and advise as soon as possible.
