GOOD JOB.
I called in to customer service regarding a previous query I had with them. The Agent then advised me as to when I should receive a call back from them regarding that problem. I then asked him about a previous request that I had and didn't get much help with and Samuel did it for me whilst being on the line. He was a very HELPFUL AGENT and he should teach the others What Customer Service is all about. GOOD JOB!!!
