Good for nothing company

Telkom is a ****, out to milk money for no reason. My bill has increased and the *********** staff can't help, they keep on telling me their manager will call back which they never do.. Incompetency at its best!! If your staff can't help me then who can?? no one can explain how my bill is increasing, if there was a way out I'd leave Telkom right away!!
