Good experience with Telkom / Openserve fibre installation.

I requested OpenServe fibre installation via Telkom's website. Was contacted within a week and an appointment made. This was not held, but the technician came the next day and did the installation without any problems. Although the line worked, he mentioned that due to a problem with the infrastructure, the connection could be unreliable. This was fixed by another technician two days later. Working well now.

In summary, had fibre working two weeks after the order with all issues sorted out easily.
