good experience with telkom

phoned the call center because the Internet was acting up again, did not wait long for some one to help me and Masithembe was helpful and professional, and that is not a reflection of telkom as a services provider. the service at the Vanderbijlpark store is non existing, and try and order a new product and service you will be so disappointed i still only use them because there is no alternative to telkom that i know of. thank you Masithembe for the good service
