Good evening I have problem with telkom.I subscribe to their contract in October for data and I'm paying R150 month end via debit order.On Wednesday 4th of January they cut my network/data I then called them they told me that I'm owing R850 and thats was highly impossible because in 3 months if I was owing it was supposed to be R450 and they did deduct in this 3 months.I then went to their branch in Dawn Park.....when I was consulted they said I owe R850 they then check again and now it was R450 I question them how and they check again then they told me it's R250 I went to pep stores to deposit that R250 Wich I don't know it's for what.After depositing I went back to the branch with proof of deposit,they told me that the matter will be resolved in 24hours.I waited for that 24 hours still no data.Today Sunday 7 January I went back to the branch in Dawn Park to ask them what's happening and now they telling me it will take 7 working days.They did deduct for Three months and I paid R250 Wich I don't know it's for what.Im requesting for assistance
