Good day I am Mzoxolo Mlonyeni ID number *** I had a contract with Telkom 20gg night and 20 day I realise that it does not take even 5days then in October I phone them to see if there are no better offers they sugested a migration to an uccaped data and told me that there are no extra cost no penalties for early conct cancellation I agreed to take this adsl migration . I was told it was succesfull then1st november I was billed with an invoice of R6800 for early cancellation of a contract ,I disputed that invoice because I never asked anybody to cancell the contract ,so the case has been dragging for almost 4 moths now I even asked them to reinstate my contract cos the migration was not succesfull now I NEED YOUR HELP
