Good customer service from call centre agent

I called the call centre and spoke to a consultant named Npando. I was very pleased with his service and would like to commend him on being very helpful and informative. I called for something simple which was to load data onto my router. Npando helped me with that and also advised me of all the other ways that I am able to load data on myself. Thank you Npando.
