Good customer service

I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Thokozile Khati (call centre agent) for going the extra mile resolving my account bill.

Ive been fighting with everyone regarding this issue, none of employees at telkom could assist, Thokozile only took her 20 min and fees were reversed with immediate effect.
