Good Bye Telkom

So after complaining about telkom about not being able to migrate from one LTE package to a different LTE package.<br> <br> They got back to me with: \You can migrate but there might be a R900 penalty fee...\"<br> <br> I then asked why as I am migrating ?<br> <br> Response: \"Unfortunately, you have to do the process online. You can also go to the Telkom store and talk to the manager to assist you\"<br> <br> So right back where I started... <br> <br> Thank you Telkom for your wonderful service...
