Going to stop business with Telkom

<p>After going back to Telkom Today to get refund in modum after I was told to buy a new lte modum which will fix my problem and it still persist only later to find out a simple swop was to be done and sorted the problem. I was told at Menlyn Telkom shop that the buying of the new modum is My Problem and they won't refund a 2 day old modum minding that they said I must buy it and that it was not even used what utter ******* is this!!,?</p>
