Going the Extra mile

I would like to thank Nubantu at Telkom Clear Water for excellent Service and going the extra mile, and keeping a promise. We went in to Telkom Clear Water to get a new phone, she helped us, but they were out of stock with this certain phone. She did all the paperwork for us and promise to call us as soon as they receive stock. About a week later, this morning I received a phone call from Nubantu, she couldn't get the model we wanted but the upgrade from that, that is also a scares commodity, anyway, we were on our way to Telkom and she took us out of the Que and attend to us. She remember who we were, although she only saw us that one morning more than a week ago. She must have served hundreds of customers since that time. With in a half an hour we were done with the new phone, exactly what we wanted. Thank you Nubantu, with this attitude and service you will go far, we appreciate what you did for us.
