Going out of their way

Arrived at Telkom Forest Hill after 6pm, as the Google information indicated that they close at 7pm. The 2 ladies were nice enough to still assist me with a sim swap even though they were already closed....and they were super friendly, making jokes and chatting.

Best service from any telkom outlet to date.
