Going on 3 weeks and Telkom line still not woking

A small business line is not working a reference number 76CRK020416 was obtained, numerous follow up questions and complaints and the phone line still out of order. Outages is a regular occurrence in this are and Telkom has no interest in fixing the problems with their infrastructure. Worst of all at the end of the day they expect you to pay rental for a service that you did not have.
