Going no where slowly

<p>I signed up with Telkom on the 21st of April for their April Promo ( 10 meg adsl uncapped internet), A technician arrived on the 5th of May for installation, all is fine my side but have been shoved to the cabling department as i have been told they are waiting for supplies( has nothing to do with cabling). I have been to telkom numerous times, phoned and moaned many times all to no avail.... this is now going on 6 weeks and no landline, no internet etc, have even asked them to escalate this. Surely if telkom have a promo going they should have all the necessary supplies? Tired of broken promises...</p>
