Going into 2nd week without voice or ADSL

<p>My voice portion of my line went down about 2 weeks ago and I didn't report it as I still had ADSL so at least I had some communication, last time this happened and I reported that my voice was down Telkom promptly fixed things so that both voice and ADSL were down for 3 weeks so I thought l'd leave things at least I still have ADSL - huge mistake 2 days later ADSL goes down and about 2 weeks later and many calls and promises from Telkom, plus an irritating message that they keep sending saying your complaint is 25% attended to then 30% attended to then NOTHING - when areTelkomm going to get my line 100% up and running for more than 2 week at a time - hope someone picks this up and gets something done SOON</p>
