GOGO (OUMA ) has no phone for 2 weeks

Hi good day hope you are well I am writing this as a last resort I'm in desperate need of your help my gogo( ouma )Telkom landline has not been working for 2 weeks after we fitted uncaped internet the Telkom technician messed up the changed the landline number from ********** 559 to ********** 994 and know the temporary number ********** 994 is also not even working when we call Telkom please can some 1 help me she is an old lady that relies on the phone PLEASE HELP. we tried calling but every time we call there a different story its either there no manager available or call center can not give us a ref number (crazy) or there nothing wrong with the line even though its not working if any1 can please help i would realy appreciate it. thanks and God bless
