Go anywhere else

I bought an 80g data bundle and my sim was still saying that it is out of bundle. I went there 3 times in the space of 2 days to get it sorted. They say they are unable to help me so I’ve basically lost 80gigs or R556 and there’s nothing they can allegedly. They say they are unable to refund me or transfer the data. They are useless! Time and money wasted!
