The level of service from Lethiwe and Lelo aswell as Kwanele is disgusting im not sure how are they managers they do not let clients know we had to keep chasing them and then they say they cant do anything this is patetic the are managers but cant provide customer service it is so disgusting that telkom has employed people like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
