Giving me the run around
<p>I'm sick and tired of explaining my story to all the consultants. I received two sms' s talking about surprises and prices but only one appears on your system. A case was logged last week and till today it is still open. Your staff are ***********. All I needed to know was the story behind the sms' s.</p>

You don't take me serious. The matter is being treated like it's my own fabrication. I did indeed get the sms but none of your consultants, team leaders or management treats me like a sane person. I think reverting this matter to ICASA will do.
