GIVEN THE RUN AROUND BY TELKOM AGENTS

I did an online application for a contract phone on the 6th of january as i did'nt have time to go in store and thought it would be quicker,little did i know i would be given the run around.I spoke to a call center agent for close to 30 minutes she then said i qualify to get the Samsung A70,at the end of confirming all the information she said she needed to ask 5 secutity questions which i found to be completely irrelevant to the information given about me.i failed to answer 1 question correctly according to her thats when she told me to go to any Telkom store with my 3 months bank statement and payslip to complete the application on the 13 when i get to the Telkom store i Parkstation johannesburg i was told not only can i not be assisted but the application has been cancelled.I trusted Telkom thats why i wanted to take up a contract with them but now im being given the run around,so DISSAPOINTED
