given faulty phone

<p> hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I took out a contract with telkom mobile in the beginning of july (iphone 6 @ R350 p/m). After using the phone for only a week the microphone only works on loudspeaker. I sent the phone for repairs in the 2nd week of July and received it almost 3 weeks later only to find that the phone is exactly as it was. I went to Telkom in vaal mall this weekend and they refused to give a new phone even though this is clearly afactory fault. I booked the phone in again and I have to wait again not knowing if it will ever be repaired. This is unacceptable as Iam paying 2 months subscription and hardly even using the phone. Please can this be resolved ASAP as I am not willing to accept a faulty phone.</p>
